What is needed on the customer end?
You will need power within 100FT of the unit setup. We supply the extension cords. If the unit requires water such as a combo or slide, then the customer is responsible for the hose to the unit. All units come with hose reaching to the ground of the unit. If you do not have a hose long enough please let us know at the time of ordering.
Where can the unit be setup?
Units can be set up on grass, concrete, or asphalt. Grass utilizes anchors for stabilizing where as asphalt and concrete will use sandbags. Also units should always try to be placed in the flattest level locations possible.
